For the record, someone will ALWAYS say that you are too big, too thin, too lean, too fat, too whatever. In my opinion, they are too conceited to think that their opinion is going to change our behavior. A person with confidence won't be deterred! Keep after it!

I do as little cardio as possible. I prefer to eat clean as often as possible instead of doing huge amounts of cardio.

Some photographers shoot hundreds of pictures in a row and you need to be able to move from pose to pose very quickly while trying to make it look effortless.

Music can really affect the intensity of a workout. I love having it during cardio especially.
